While still responsive, the 9-speed automatic transmission of the INFINITI QX60 may not offer as smooth as a driving experience. Most notably, the QX60 lacks the ability to manually control gear changes as no paddle shifters are offered.

An all-wheel drive (AWD) system is available with the MDX and the QX60, offering greater confidence on rain-slicked streets and when maneuvering tight turns. However, only the MDX offers Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ (SH-AWD®).
